Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. It's goal is to challenge negative patterns of thought about the self in order to alter unwanted behavior patterns and/ or to treat mood disorders, from sleeping difficulties or relationship problems, to drug and alcohol abuse or anxiety and depression.
Classes are weekly & typically conducted in a group setting. Individual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is available. FEES: Intake: $75 (Waived if current client); Transfer: $75; Each session: $30/ $25 if currently enrolled in Level 1 or Level 2 DUI Classes.
